$250 included is:
• hair + makeup for the mama
• one look/outfit in one concept set (kitchen, beach scene, picnic, dress up, baby's room, etc)
• the whole shoot downloadable as mini share proofs!
TERMS OF THIS DEAL:
- Need to book and shoot by September 1st, 2017
- Quickie hair and makeup for little girls is 12 years and under is $25 per child (must be purchased separately)
- Full hair and makeup for kids 13 and over is $150
-Mini proofs are high res at cell phone size and will include a border with logo
- Upgrade your whole shoot of digital proofs for $150- whole shoot without the studio logo printable up to 8x12 inches with permissions to print letter
- If you book with another mama bestie and her kiddos we will take a group shot of everyone together!
- Hubbie or partner can be in the shoot too for a sitting fee of $75. (Shoots with men in the studio are reserved for Sundays)
- OUR RESCHEDULING POLICY -
Once your session is booked, there is a $75 rescheduling fee to change your date and time once your session is booked with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Each session at Vavoom Pinups is supported by multiple freelance artists (hair, makeup, and photographer) and their own personal professional schedules. To insure all of our artists time is taken seriously, we look to our clients to make their appointments with the same intention. If you must reschedule, we will send you a link to purchase your $75 rescheduling fee and find a new date and time that will work in your schedule and apply your deal purchase
to the new date and time you want your appointment rescheduled to.
- NO SHOWS and LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE -
At Vavoom we will email or text you to confirm your shoot time at date. Once booked, you are responsible for keeping your appointment with our studio. If you do not show up for your shoot or need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your $100 from this portion of your deal completely. If you have purchased a package, party ticket, a deal, or gift card, we will deduct $100 from your gift card, deal, or package and send you the remaining balance in a new purchase code to be used within the year.
- TIMELINESS -
Being on time to your shoot is important and may require some planning on your end. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late charge of $50 will be added on to your balance. Please call our studio if you need any assistance. 773-726-1109. |
